Today went to gym again yay!! its has being a long time since i step into gym hahas not very long too.. its like a few weeks? hahas my muscles drop... all gone.. now like fats! so went back gym take back my bull eye or wat i forget! =x then nvm la.. train train train... too long never train le useless liao.. all rusty already.. sad =(
after that hands are all red and heating inside!! wahhh jialat jialat... suay.. nevermind this is just a warm up other days then go back gym again.. then won't be that hard already, as it should be able to accept it my body.. hahas.. headaches >< nowadays headaches came to me too sad... starting lesson jiu have headaches.. so jialat.. cannot concentrade... OMG!! result going down soon if the headaches still coming!! What am i going to do =(
Don't care liao la.. drop jiu drop nia.. nothing to be afraid of already now.. its like my destiny!! ok bye readers.. so tired ahhh!!!
